Landscaping Plants Guarantee
Damaged
In Transit:
We guarantee that every tree we ship is of the finest quality and
that your order will be carefully handled and shipped to ensure
that you receive a healthy product. If your product arrives damaged,
please refuse shipment. The damaged trees will be shipped back to
us. Once we receive the returned shipment, we will gladly reship
new trees. We will not be responsible for delays or damage in shipment.
Healthy
Plants: As with all living plants, containerized
or bare root, you can expect a death loss. It is virtually impossible
to achieve a 100% survival rate. When you have properly cared for
(as posted on our site) your newly transplanted trees or shrubs,
and you experience an excessive loss (40% or more of your
order) in the first year, just write to Nature
Hills Nursery, Inc., 3334 North 88th Plaza, Omaha, NE 68134
or email us at info@naturehills.com and we will ship
you replacement trees or shrubs of your entire loss. You will be
responsible for standard shipping and handling for the replacement
trees or shrubs as posted on our web site. Our guarantee does not
cover plants planted in fill, scraped ground, or ground unsuitable
for those species as outlined in the informational material contained
on this web site pertaining to particular species of plants. Any
destruction of plants pursuant to weather, livestock, drought, insecticides
or herbicides, fires, floods, etc. are not covered by this guarantee.
Our guarantee does not cover plants that are planted in a Zone(s)
not recommended for the plant. Zones are posted on each product
page.
Claims
for replacements will be considered only on losses of over 40% of
the species received. It is mutually agreed that seller will not
at any time be liable for any amount greater than the original purchase
price of nursery stock.
